What we collect
When you use our quote builder or contact us, we collect your name, organization, phone, email, and the project details you share — building type, location, fixtures and looks you are interested in, timelines and budget range.
Why we collect it
To prepare your written quote, design and program your lighting, coordinate fixture orders you approve, and manage your retainer if you have one. We do not add project contacts to unrelated marketing lists.
Who we share it with
Only what a partner needs for your project: licensed electrical contractors who quote or perform installation, and fixture suppliers once you have signed fixture approval. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Quote records are kept for up to three years for warranty, commissioning and repeat-project continuity, then deleted or anonymized.
